We’re a missional community of around 30 or so people from about 9 different nations and working in 2 different locations: urban Belfast and rural Closkelt.
Mother Theresa said “we can do no great things, only small things with great love.” That’s what we’re about here, at least that’s what we try to be about. We’re not super heroes, but we are ordinary people trying to live out Jesus’s command to love God and love our neighbours…even when our neighbours are our traditional enemies.
Whether we are in the Shankill Road in Belfast, the beautiful countryside overlooking the Mourne Mountains in Closkelt, the streets of Burundi or Serbia, orphanages in Rwanda, schools in Lebanon, the check points in Bethlehem or townships in South Africa…we are simply trying to live out lives made up of “indiscriminate acts of kindness”, and hoping these small acts will start to change the world.
